Tigersoft Limited ("Tigersoft," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our desktop software (the "Software").

The current version of the Software does not collect, transmit, store, share, or sell any personal information or usage data.

We currently collect no information through the Software. The Software does not require an account and does not collect personal details, device information, usage analytics, crash reports, location data, contacts, photos, or other data from your device.

2. Possible Future Collection

In a future version, we may introduce limited diagnostic collection to improve software quality, stability, and compatibility. Such diagnostic information may include:

• crash reports and error diagnostics;
• operating system name and version;
• Software version;
• screen resolution and display configuration; and
• other non-content technical information needed to diagnose compatibility or performance issues.

We do not currently collect this information. Before enabling any future diagnostic collection, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Software's App Store privacy disclosures. We will also provide any notice, choice, or consent required by applicable law and Apple policies.

3. How Information Would Be Used

If diagnostic collection is introduced in the future, the information will be used only to investigate crashes, fix defects, evaluate compatibility, improve performance, and enhance the quality and reliability of the Software.

4. Sharing, Selling, Tracking, and Advertising

Because the Software currently collects no information, we do not share or sell user information collected through the Software. The Software does not track you across apps or websites and does not use data for advertising or targeted advertising.

Because the Software currently collects no information, we do not retain user information collected through the Software.

The Software does not currently integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services that collect information from users.

The Software does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Software's features or data practices change. We will post the revised policy on this page, update the "Last updated" date, and provide any additional notice required by applicable law or Apple policies before new data collection begins.
